Costs
Your plan sets the ceiling on what you pay
Each seat comes with the monthly documents shown above, and everyone in your organisation draws on the same pool. On Pay-as-you-go each document costs a cent until the seat's cap. When the pool runs out, the next document waits for the month to reset or for an owner to add a seat, and nothing is billed for it.
If you hold both business plans
Pro's included documents are used before Pay-as-you-go's metered ones, so the cheaper path is always taken first.
Getting a plan
Everything about your plan lives in your account
The free plan comes with your first sign-in, after one confirmation at Monaiq, the store that handles Docuoria's plans. Upgrades, extra seats and purchase codes are all in your account, and colleagues you invite from the Team page share your document types and running spreadsheets from their first sign-in. Paid plans renew monthly, and a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for (Terms of Service, section 8).

Common questions
What counts as commercial use?
Free covers personal and non-commercial purposes. Reading a business's documents, for that business or for a client, is commercial use and needs Pro or Pay-as-you-go.
How many seats does a team need?
Fewer than you might expect, because a seat is not a person. Everyone in the organisation shares the seats, and each seat adds its monthly document allowance, so a team of five that handles a thousand documents a month needs one Pro seat. Free holds one seat. On Pro and Pay-as-you-go an owner adds a seat on the Team page when the allowance runs short; the owner is the person whose sign-in created the organisation, or anyone made owner there. Everyone in the organisation shares the same document types, whichever AI assistant they connect.
How fast can it work?
Free handles 20 PDFs a minute, Pro and Pay-as-you-go 120. The other limits are on the Developers page.
Can documents stay in our own cloud?
The shared service keeps a document for at most 48 hours and then deletes it. If your documents must stay in your own cloud, a self-hosted deployment in your own Azure subscription is arranged directly, and a single-tenant service on your own hostname is planned.
