Getting a plan
Two ways to get either plan
In the .NET tool
$ docuoria license acquireSigns you in with a device code in your browser and stores the licence on the machine. For Pro, checkout completes in the browser.
On the Monaiq marketplace
Open monaiq.com/marketplace, choose Docuoria, and pick Free or Pro. Paste the key into your AI assistant when it asks; it stores the key locally and never repeats it.
Monaiq is Sidub’s licensing platform. Payment is processed by a third-party processor; Sidub does not store full card details.
Licensing
Plain answers
Do I need a licence for the Free plan?
Yes. Every plan, including Free, is a licence that the software validates when it runs. The Free plan costs nothing and takes one sign-in to get.
What counts as commercial use?
The Free licence covers personal and non-commercial purposes. Extracting a business’s documents, for that business or for a client, is commercial use and needs Pro.
What do the limits mean day to day?
They are throughput limits, not monthly quotas. On Free, an assistant can extract 10 PDFs in any 60-second window; a folder of 30 takes three windows, and the assistant waits between them. The window resets on its own.
How is the software licensed?
The engine (the Docuoria SDK) and the template store host are licensed under the Sidub Proprietary Software License Agreement (PSLA). Two licence types are offered: the Free License for personal and non-commercial use, and the Subscription License, which is the Pro plan, for commercial use. The installer packages and the skill package files are MIT.
Can I embed the engine in my own product?
Yes, under the PSLA: Free for personal and non-commercial products, Pro for commercial ones. For volume or OEM terms, contact us.
What does licensing send from my machine?
A licence check and aggregated operation counts: the licence identifier, which features ran, how many times, and when. No document content, extracted values, or file names.
How do renewals and cancellation work?
Pro renews monthly until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing interval you are in. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it or where Sidub states otherwise in writing. Terms of Service, section 8.

Start on Free. Move to Pro when the work is for a business.
The engine, the skill, and your templates are the same on both plans.
